I'd look into the tree a bit more.. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/564590baba8d88486ca94d47 If he had resuggested, it would have been at 82-85, taking it at 90 before overpay might make this a bit high

Does the "in-date at the time of the sale" rule not apply?

There's no such rule. Old suggestion is based on sales 6 months ago. Makes no sense to use 6 month old sales to price this. Anyways, with the change in rules this is close enough.
