Ms. Moey is suspicious. The unusuals the user sells are almost never the original ID, the Secret FR-0 even having an obvious original owner. I feel that the user may be sharking users and using the SCM to cover it up, hence the QS as well. And the usually "keys only"

And look at the number of hours on TF2

It's an alt of a legit user (means he is not banned or a scammer). He probably uses that alt for SCM purposes only. Or as you said he could shark and cover it up with scm, I dont believe that tho but its possible. He must camp scm all day long for good deals tho.

The majority of the items he gets never have any history, makes me feel this. I mean, look at the items. All no history or 1 user.

Thats usually an indication for SCM. Sharked hats usually have the unboxer in the history on bp.tf because they got found via premium.
