Conclusion
17 keys seems to be new selling point, 18 keys is difficult to sell, even with killstreaks. Proof or feedback will be appreciated.

yea, and by the rate they are dropping, supply will greatly outrun demand and the price will drop drasticly. just look at what happend to the gold botkillers: they all started of between 6~10 keys and now you can pick one up for less than 2 keys
