Just one in the classifieds below 1.78, same guy with the 1.7 listing on outpost, and it was listed long enough ago that 14 ref was 1.8-1.9 keys. Still, even if it's just one, the listing appears to have been up there a good while, and an active trader, so hard to say it's not valid.

"If the change is less than 5%, you can make the suggestion but you must provide a rationale for why the change is needed." - Only 1 seller below 1.8, could easily be an outlier.

Elaborate on how it could be an outlier.
