i recently sold this hat but bought it back

i had sold it for a pro killstreak clean austrailium medigun with 5 keys of parts on it (48 keys base price) (50 keys parts included at half price)

as seen in the screenshot below (hopefully everyone here trusts imgur?

http://imgur.com/a/lO50p

You need to calculate overpay (*.9)

Overpay for australiums isn't exactly needed, but some suggestors like to apply 0.95 to australiums.

Proof that you bought it back? Also you can't get a range from one sale.. or does your buy-back happens to be one of the ends of the range?

i bought it back for 130$ irl is there anyway to show that

Well, l you can screenshot the transaction.

Also, I'm agreeing with Jarool here about the Aussie Medi Gun. There's a seller for 41 keys on the Classifieds unsold for 9 days: http://i.imgur.com/LaVT1zI.png

like a screen shot of the trade with my friend?

Uh no, a screenshot of the receipt.

it was with cash how would i do that .-.

As in actual money? I was assuming you sold it for PayPal or something.

this new to suggesting, and trust.

he wanted to convert his stuff to wow so i bought it all

tell me if so i will try my very best to show you

best bet would be to get your friend to actually confirm it in a comment or chat or something

i did buy it back realizing it would be worth a solid amount and didnt realize its hard to obtain again

The 'Allied Healing' part is worth only 3 keys, and there are 2 sellers on the classifieds with the same parts at 41 keys.

aussies sell for the listed backpack.tf price they are quick selling

                No, they aren't quicksells.

Quicksells are only quicksells if they sell quickly. That's kinda the whole point to them.

One of them have been there for 4 days. That isn't a 'quicksell'

Another one without parts has been on the listings for 9 days.

Another one has been up on there for 21 days at 42 keys with the same part.

until i see the price for the austrailium medigun changed thats what it sold for is the base price of 48 key australium pro ks medigun

The price being displayed for the medi gun is based on the scm because we don't make price suggestions for killstreaked items. Using classifieds is a much more reliable method when estimating it's price for a suggestion. ~42 keys is around what it should be valued at here.

No, the medigun is worth 41-42 keys.

41 would probably be more accurate, but I'm sure 42 would also be accepted. This suggestion will most likely not be accepted, and it would be better if you fixed it.

kk guys i will suggest as 41-42 keys if this suggestion isnt accepted

I recommend suggesting at either 41 or 42, not 41-42. Can't have a range from a single sale.

keep in mind the effect is hard to get and you only have 2-3 weeks a year to attempt to obtain it

That doesn't matter, though. There may be slight deviation from the price depending on the effect cause of traders' flavours, but we treat them all equally for the sake of easier price suggesting.

It was Hot Rod and Incinerator, right?

I'm fairly certain that they are not very desirable effects. Even if they were, they certainly are not worth 7 keys more than any other effect listed on the classifieds.

hot rod is the pink sheen it is wanted and incinerator is a decent effect....

"Even if they were, they certainly are not worth 7 keys more than any other effect listed on the classifieds."

mostly due to escrow all the large tier traders are cashing out

                        >Implying escrow is the reason.

If you are going to cash out over a 3 day wait period to get your trade complete if you both don't have a phone is just dumb.

"all the large tier traders" except most of the people on the top backpacks list...

                        Seller Then Bought Back The Unusual For $130 / 1.8 = 72

This Range Is Too Large, Might Be Best To Wait For A 3rd Sale.

I'd just stick without using the cash sale. According to the OP it was a REAL money trade, not paypal or anything, just meeting in person and giving cash to each other. Which in it's own is new and unreliable for suggestions, and therefore unuseable.

It would be an outlier anyways.

                            Hm alright. - KKK

Lets be real here: No one sells an item for ~40 worth in stuff to then buy it back for ~70 worth in USD. Assuming they know each other irl and trust each other enough to make a deal with cash, no friend of that caliber would be that much of a douche to charge ~35% more than what he paid on a buyback

It May Not Be Necessarily USD, Not To Mention Some People Actually Just Meet Each Other In Real Life Just For The Purpose Of Buying A Item.

I actually checked; theyre both from the US. (I've seen people claiming they did irl cash transactions in dollars where none of both parties involved lived in the US, and Im skeptical towards "irl transactions")

Yes I bought a backpack from a friend that way the funny thing is that I played him 80 Australian dollars for a bp worth 90 usd
