First sale looks wrong. Seems like there were two separate trades, one of 70 keys and one of 49 keys that account of the 119 keys. You'll need to add the seller to confirm, but I suspect it's an outlier regardless given that it happened off market.

Without overpay the sale 2 would be 150 and the new sale on the pullover (+20 keys) will probably be around 190. I think 150-190 might be closer to where this is at.
