Or ~15keys if as quoted by the tradee "they're both equally valued" which, this is then reflected in the classifieds where there are selling both for the same sum, 30 keys.

You'll need proof of sale for the mini. Don't take a buyout for a mini, that's not how proof works unless there are actually no sales. Also, your SCM conversion math is wrong, you did not factor in tax and fees. Therefore, your range currently is unsupported.
For SCM sales you need to consider the steam fee. Just divide by 1.15
It's the market, of course you find cheap unusuals there because people sell things there as quick sells or easy money. Very rarely does someone put the actual price of an unusual on the market
quicksales on scm aren't as common as you'd think, especially with a majority of effects.
They actually are. Most of the hats that seem to get my attention on the market usually sell on a matter of hours, if not minutes. Even the not-so good deals sometimes. Obviously not every hat can be quicksold, but it is pretty common.
As I mentioned in OP's other suggestion, this might be a quicksale, and the Hot Air sale is completely invalid. A screenshot of both listed and acted on times would be nice.
It is, i got a searing plasma honchos for $30 and sold it with some sweets for an orb planet tc and some random shit then sold the tc on scm for overpriced and walked away with profit off a quicksell.

The fetti cadaver will need a formal price before using it here. There are some concerns on both sales here. I think it's best to wait for another sale to see what happens.
