$420 cash is very low and, assuming it was offered, the Scorching Surgeon's would fit within this range. Neither of these sales can be used because the guy is marked though.
Mr Giang wasn't marked at the time of sale, and she has yet appealed her mark so the sales can be used or at least taken into consideration.
Either way, the surgeon would fit within the range.
The Scorching Flames Surgeon's Stahlhelm is gifted and along with an 11 month outdated price, I don't think it would fit in the range.

The sale at 472 looks like the outlier here. Paying 470 on a b/o of 350 ..

So sales at 200, 230, 250, 350 (the DP collection sale), 390, 400, 470... I don't think this is priceable. We don't have any solid ground for calling one sale an outlier over another.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27360609 - this one has been up for 2+ months. Most offers are in the 150-200 range. One offer there - the burning sole mate at ~250ish. Really looks more like this should be a wide 250-400, but it might be worth it to wait for a few more sales here.
