Conclusion:

Sales at 23, 24, 31 and 40. I'd exclude 24 and anything below it since 24 quicksold, but I can't ignore the fact that the 23 key sale took over a week. 40 keys looks like a high outlier, gonna exclude it from the range. Taking 23-31 keys as the new price.
