Suggestion: Strange Ghastlierest Gibus at 10–13 keys

Since there are also a few 10 key sellers on the classifieds I'll just go with 10-13 and use the 15 key sale as back-up proof for the 13 key high end.

13 keys one had spell + paint, 15 keys one is also painted. 10 keys one is also painted an unsold for a week. Not sure here. I don't think a raise is needed.

Edit: On the other hand SCM supports a raise. Hm, I will remain neutral for now.

I don't think the spells / paint factor in here nearly as much as for other hats. This hat is selling for as much as some unusuals, and we don't factor in spells / paint there either.

Hm, good point. Uh, SCM is now at 15,5 keys. Wow. Maybe this do need a raise after all, eh?
