Conclusion :
A lot on market are painted.
So if lowering a range, you need unsolds?
If you're lowering the price you need unsolds. No matter if it's range or not.
I'm assuming if you have solds at the price, you won't need unsolds?
You still need unsolds if you want to remove it from the price/range. This way you show that the price is too high and shouldn't be in the range. Sometimes you may not have unsolds at current price but you may have unsold at lower price and that should be ok too.
I see. Thanks!
