Well, generally lowtier hats shouldnt be priced based on higher tier trades. They often bring wrong values as a minor deviation in the buyers/sellers appraisal of the higher tier hat has a huge impact on the value of the lower tier hat. (e.g 10 keys is a "minor detail" in a 100 key trade but its huge in the appraisal of a ~20 key hat).

This drop is pretty uncalled for for a hat priced this short ago, especially seeing how one declined 20 here:
