Fair point, didn't catch that. Either way, this does feel really low.
There are way more sales on the belt than there are for this, so the belt should be used to price this instead of the other way around. The belt has multiple sales at 160-190 ignoring the anger sale, so I think you can use that value here.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26974081 - in the sale at 145 there are several offers substantially more. I think going with 145 flat here is going to be too low. Maybe 145-175 or 175 flat depending on offers.
