[Edit] That'd be regardless of whether or not you'd want to include Nickman's sale (comment below), which may be worth looking into, since the c9 samur sale would kinda support a higher range :P

I recently got one off the scm. Here's the info if it helps the sugestion.

Payed: 36.30

Seller received: 33.05

Keys at the time: 2.47

36.30/2.47 =14.69 round up to 15k

33.05/2.47 =13.38 round down to 13k

Also, wanted to note that the price I paid was with the discount for using the authenticator early.
