because there's outpost trade just for the items nad not for vive

Well, he's outpost banned, that doesnt necessarily mean he offered :P For example: I can assure you most of Frost's trades are people offering him, not him offering anyone, despite the fact that he has no OP trades anymore :P

Miguel was only banned recently; it may be worth checking out his trades to see if you can see a behavior pattern. Not necessarily saying your assumption is wrong here, but its more common for the large hat to have received an offer of multiple lowtier hats than the other way round :P

The crones was thrown in because I was a former collected of the hat and I sold this over too him for cheep so he gave it back, he didn't have to add the bill's bit he did since we are close friends. That's the only reason he sold it to me so cheep. We both have had higher offers but I wouldn't be mad if this goes through since it doesn't have the quicksell lingering in the range.
