I found two recent sales on this one:

The Modest will be around 30 keys as well, so the Pillar will be close to 25 keys.

Both sales put the Pillar below 30 keys, which is very low for the Cone. This sale looks like an outlier and shouldn't be used.

Summary

- One valid sale for 53 keys, one that looks like a low outlier, and three untraceable ones.

Going with 53 keys flat, which seems reasonable given the 7 months outdated price.

While doing the Green Fetti Cone i found another OF Cone with a B/O of 60 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27549451

I can't seem to find what did it sell for (maybe SCM sale). Every sale here is untraceable as far as i know http://backpack.tf/item/2467623436
