Sold for a strange hellfire rotation sensation. non strange is 290 on here. 290 times .9 = 261

I bought it with a secret to everybody company man, which has a very outdated price on backpack.tf. http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198191629070?time=1449302400&compare=1449388800
Person I bought it from bought it with an unusual sucker slug which is very hard to price.
I'm new to this price suggesting thing but I think this is how you are supposed to do it, if not, please elaborate.
I'm just going to explain a few things here.
Since i'm assuming that you're not using the Company Man sale(which needs a mini suggestion, and if that's not possible this is better used to update that), you cannot make a range with only one sale.
Unless it can be proven that the Strange Hellfire Rotation goes for about the same as a non-strange one, a mini suggestion is needed for that as well(in case the rotation ends up being worth more)
EDIT: I found a sale.
Sold with ~23 Keys in Sweets for a Frostbite Deep Cover Operator(Outdated at 285 Keys)

This sale could be used to update the Deep Cover possibly depending on the outcome(couldn't find any other non-strange sales). The Strange one seems to go for about the same as the non-strange one, so you should be fine after you resuggest.
You offered the Hood on the Rotation, so no overpay has to be applied. But you should find a mini on the Strange Rotation, although it won't be much higher than 290 (B/O was 330)

It was offered, so no overpay
And your range comes from nowhere. One sale equals one flat price
Yeah, overpay won't need since it was indeed offered - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27562958
And as Mindacos suggests above, you'll need to find sales on the strange rotation and use those sales as proof for its value. Can't make up values based on what you think a strange one is worth compared to a non-strange one.
