All you will need.
I forgot to say that the fez is stormy 13th hour

The problem at hand (amongst others) is that you have listed a range rather than a flat value (i.e the sale you have should result in X = (value of fez + value of sweets)*0.9 (to factor in 'overpay')). You'd need other sales on the fez to establish a value for it as it is duped:

You seem to have resold the fez for a burning bootleg billycock (~35); not sure though, idk if anything else was involved.

Another sale on the fez:
Sold for blizz hwnn (~25) + ~20 in sweets and 2 keys
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198072977213?time=1448697600&compare=1448611200
This'd result in a value of ~47. Since the buyer there was reselling for 42, which is where you bought it, its value should be capped at 42 there:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27510185
The sweets added were roughly 8 keys
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198072977213?time=1448697600&compare=1448784000
The correct suggestion's formulation would contain all abovementioned links and proper references:
Sold for duped stormy 13th fez (~42) + ~8 in sweets
0.9*(42+8) = ~45
-> 45 keys.
There's one other problem, though:
The seller has shown interest to resell the hat:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27516966
However, he is fairly inactive. Since for newly set prices, a second sale is required unless the buyer was a collector, you'd have to wait for a 2nd sale, or until the sale becomes one month old. It may be worth to resuggest at 45 flat with abovementioned details provided, but odds are that it'll have to wait until the current owner either resells or until the coming 2 weeks have passed.
wow
when someone who isnt lazy actually explain xD
you cant have range from 1 sale
But only 1 exists and im the only to show the sale. The fact is this is what I sold it for, therefore what im listing it as what I think its value is and I have proof. If anyone contrdicts me they would need proof why, until then I have the only proof, and the only proof so far.
no
"what I think its value is"
nah, it doesn't work like that
You still need proof for your range. The fez is 58 keys. Don't pull your price out of nowhere
GUY THIS IS WHAT I PUT IM NOT GOING TO DO A TON OF MATH BIBLE.TF IS !JUST A REFERENCE! I DONT HAVE TO BE RIGHT ON. JUST LIKE VERY OTHER HAUNTED PHANTASM JR HAT ON BIBLE.tf.
How fortunate, the math has been done for you, a couple of comments above. I would take over the suggestion, if it wasnt for the fact that I'd like to wait a little longer before rushing to price this based on one sale, where there very well may be a second sale.
I believe you have two options here.
1. Resuggest, based on the information provided above
2. Wait for the second sale and suggest then (or wait until this sale has matured and suggest then).
If you wish to list a sale without the effort required for an actual price suggestion, post it here:

If you dont like it press the DISLIKE button dont quote stuff and said and say its wrong without a point.
Mods wont accept this anyway. You can close this yourself
Edit: Everyone here has his/her point. No one is trying to be mean. They just wanna help. If you dont know the rules then this is your problem
Lol this
idiot (no I have to be nice)guy needs to chill out.Read the rules, don't just say "I think this is good value"
You're not wrong with your proof, since this is the only one in the world, but the problem is that you've provided a range, which is wrong since there is only one sale. Since the fez is 57 keys, you put overpay on it and suggest that price. Also, there might be another sale happening by the person you sold it too, which means that sale may need to be accounted for too. And also since "BIBLE.TF" is used by reference by so many people, you actually do need to be right on, not somewhat vaguely referencial. Last point, you do need to do a ton of math to get unusual suggestions done.
Oh wait no, your proof is quite bad too. You need backpack histories/item histories, not screenshots. Screenshots can help, but we don't know the effect/gifted/duped-ness of the hat. (Gifted is now useless after Tough Break though.) As far as we know, you could've done two napper's respite sales and faked the fez.
