why are you applying overpay on the chief side of the trade? if overpay should be applied, it should be on the brown bomber side or no overpay at all if it was offered

Yeah. the math is a bit off here. It was probably offered on the bomber. Without overpay that is 28. And the blizz modest sale would indeed be capped at the pure b/o of 26. 26-28 should be okay here
