Always thought Green Confetti was nicer than Purple.

Okay. How exactly do I find sales as a non-premium member?

Well, that's the point, as a non-premium, you can't. One method would be to find all sellers on Outpost, get their bp.tf page out of their steam profile link and then find the hats and their history, but you have no way to tell exactly all the recent sales that happened, unless you are lucky and the one you know about is the only one.
