Whenever I get this item it sells for 2 ref within a day.
Haven't had any recently so no sale to show, but 1.66 is not a good price.

The guy named rubikcube was selling for 1.88, no longer in the list
The guy named dierer hasn't been online in 5 days, not a valid seller.
Your seller at 1.66 ref has obviously quicksold (listed 2 minutes ago and has now sold)
The current seller at 1.66 ref has listed 16 hours ago and hasn't been onine for 14 hours, also escrow trade hold.
Conclusion:
1.66 is too low, it sells for higher.
Edit: search all the sellers on outpost, Nobody selling for 1.66.
