x4 at 2.7 keys (all young, 1 painted Mann Co. Orange, 1 painted Team Spirit)

Conclusion:

SCM supports this drop. Several unsolds at 3 keys, almost all of which have some sort of modification (paints, spells, parts, etc.); no reason to keep it in the range. 2.7 seem common enough to include in the final price. But since all sellers at 2.7 keys are young, I feel a range is appropriate; taking 2.7-2.9 keys as the new price.
