I'm really wondering concerning items that are not unusual, is 2 days enough to ensure the price has got to be decreased ? Or just to claim that it is "unsold" only after 2 days?

Eh, usually you'd have to wait a bit more to call it an unsold, but in this case the guy is quickselling for 0.77 off the high end.

Anyone who really wanted this item would have already traded him, since he's been active on steam aswell.

Actually 1 day old is considered a valid unsold for items below 10 keys value. Or maybe at least for items below 5 keys value.
