Tried to find other valid sales to price this unusual, apparently the only recent and valid one is mine since the only other one I found was 1/2+ months old (and when I talked with the guy that sold it, he couldn't remember the price for which he sold it for).

So I'll be using mine for this, I sold it for 30 keys pure.

You'll need another sale if it's being resold, and it's a low tier unusual.

There's 3 of them, just wait until the one on outpost sells.

Thanks for the info, I didn't see that other one for sale and that's my fault, I kept an eye for listings the weeks I had mine for sale so up to today there were no other sales or sellers.

I think this suggestion should stay open on hold while we wait for the other seller so to have more than one sale to price it.

I mean, this won't pass. Full stop, honestly. I'd just close it, and watch it yourself, and when it does sell, remake this.

Will do, hopefully it won't take more than 1 month or we'd be in the same situation as today with just a valid sale to consider. What should I do in case the other one takes more than a month to sell? Medics unusual (especially low tiers like this one) may take a long time to sell.

That Outpost listing has expired due to inactivity, it didn't sell (though it got an offer for an Orbiting Planet Modest Pile Of Scrap, bp.tf price it at 34 keys [outdated though]) so this leaves my sale as the only valid one. As I said, my biggest concern is that Medic unusuals (if not high-tier for example a Beak) can take really long times to sell, and there isn't much demand, I tried to gather the best proofs to at least give a base price for this one before even mine becomes invalid and we're left with no proofs at all, but if enough people think that it's invalid I'll simply close this, what's the best thing to do in this scenario?

Yes, there are 3 of them, though only 1 sold and the other one doesn't looks like it'll sell in short times (poorly bumped, also has expired) and the 3rd is not even for sale at all.
