1.On classifieds there aren't any sellers at 4 ref. 2.The unsolds are just some days old.

Invalid. There are buyers on the classifieds higher than 4 ref.

You need sellers to drop. Buyers can't be used to drop

This is probably too low. We are looking for the most commonly traded values of items. I don't think most trades are happening at 4 ref
