Doesn't make any sense, there are a lot of scrap banking guys who sell any kind of weapon (craftable or not) at .11, and yours is a clear example of one of them.

There is no solid proof for a price change.

To be fair, the trade has been up for a month.
It was just an example, but still just one seller doesn't make sense for a price change. Lots of people scrap bank weapons for 1 scrap, both craftable and uncraftable, just search a bit and you will find, however a weapon is not priced .11, and lot of people do swap a craftable for an uncraftable and vice versa, regardless of which one it is.
The uncraftable weapons often have very small markets, and thus need small amounts of proof.
Happy has made HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS, of Uncraftable weapon suggestions, with only 1-2 trades as proof, and most of them passed with ease.
The proof is fine.
