"Time flies when you're having fun"
its almost 2016 already, wow.
Found this when doing the fruit shoot. Figured 32 was low, especially seeing what the prev. suggestion's high end is based on
The sales
Sale 1:
Sold for stormy 13th fruit shoot (~53) + 1.5 keys

Fruit shoots suggestion is based on a full pure sale
53+1.5 = 55 (rounded up)
-> 55 keys

Closed previous suggestion indicates the raise is in order:

low end had overpay on pure and the high end sale was even higher than displayed
55 flat should work here
Constructive criticism welcome!

"Four Buds"
Shouldn't overpay be applied to fruit since it was offered
No. When a mini is a full pure sale then there is no need to apply overpay
"Sold for stormy 13th fruit shoot (~53) + 1.5 keys"
But the Fruit shoot was full pure sale so you dont need to apply overpay
The purpose of overpay is to determine the "pure" value a hat can sell for. Since the only other recent sale on the fruit shoot is for 53 pure (as seen in this suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/56802739b98d88eb1be94ae7 which I made in conjunction with this trilby suggestion), the fruit shoot can be counted as the equivalent of 53 pure here. That is why I decided not to take overpay here.
