There's not many sales available on the buddy, but there's buyers for any gifted hat at 7 keys, so valuing it below 7 is kinda silly.

Gift tags were not yet removable when the sale happened, so the mini is still needed

As for ^that matter, is there also a value cap up until which you are allowed to use gifted values or do they require minis by default? I honestly dont know for sure and avoid gifted sales if other sales are available (unless theyre clearly higher than the other sale like here). Only times Ive encountered these were in large bulkdeals where the mini wasnt needed anyway

I've checked out other sales but havent found any usable ones. Theres a sale for planets ketche that has been used to update that (using 9-11 as range in its mini). Theres also a sale where it seems to have sold + stuff for a searing toe, but the histories didnt match and the toe is outdated.

9-11 should work here
