However, as important supporting evidence, it is important to mention the amount in stock in the bots as each of the 9 bots can hold a maximum of 10 copies (to my knowledge), and they are currently ~55% full.

Conclusion:

Two sellers at 2.33 refined, and roughly 50 in stock for 2.44 refined in scrap.tf bots. Not enough to solely support any single price, however, I feel a good range would be 2.33-2.66 refined. The majority of sellers appear to not really care enough to price items out on their trades and would be just as happy to have someone offer backpack.tf price whether it is listed at 2.77 refined or 2.33-2.66 refined.
