True in the game, as long as blue in my veins.
I pour Heineken brew to my deceased crew on memory lane.
Classifieds at the time of posting:
http://backpack.tf/classifieds?item=Festive+Winter+Crate+Key&quality=6&tradable=1&craftable=1 -> http://i.imgur.com/aoG1idy.png
x1 at 15 keys (unsold for 25 days)
Conclusion:
Small market, I guess 1 Classified listing will do; taking 15 keys as the new price.
Additional/Supportive and Counter Evidence is always appreciated.
Discovery out ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ
For those wondering, Outpost doesn't display these keys in their festive form, as they turned into normal keys after the crates expired. Using solely classifieds is fine here.
Are there any actual sales in the past year/since the last suggestion? If there are no sales, then 15 keys actually seems outdated at best, if not downright incorrect; after all, the one in the classifieds hasn't sold for 15--it's sitting there NOT selling for 15, which means no demand at 15, which means its market value could be anywhere from 1 to slightly less than 15 keys , but definitely not 15.
Just my two cents' worth, I know this is kind of an odd item, and I'm not sure how these situations usually get handled. Obviously 15-20 keys is too high based on the classifieds, but the evidence here doesn't tell me that 15 is actually accurate.
15 is accurate.
The fact that that key is worth the same as a low-tier unusual + is duped at least twice concerns me though.
Why is 15 accurate if there are no sales in the past year, and one asking 15 isn't selling?
You must be new to suggestingOn non-unusual items, a seller that has not sold shows that the item is generally worth less than or equal to that price. It may not be 100% accurate, but the returned price generally is more accurate than the old one. More Accurate > Not Accurate.
I AM new to suggesting, that's why I'm asking questions. :3 And I completely agree that More Accurate > Not Accurate. But is it enough of an improvement in accuracy to give it a new price when so much uncertainty remains? I think it's safe to say this is worth 15 or less. But that could mean anywhere from 14+change, all the way down to 1.
And I'm 100% aware that unsuccessful sellers at X price means X is too high, and I agree this is currently priced too highly.
So answer me this: Is there any reason to stop the drop at 15? In the absence of a sale, or at least offers, is there any evidence (beyond one seller's asking price) that anyone still values this more highly than a regular key?
Basically: Is the fact that 15 is the current low end enough to price it at 15, even with no sales or offers in a year?
When looking at other suggestions, you will find that just one seller, if no one else is selling, is sufficient.
Rather unfortunate that this specific key is duped though. Seeing as it is a low-demand item like unusuals, and also priced like unusuals, Im not sure if it will suffide in this specific scr0enario
I see... thanks :3
nothin like edgy song lyrics to go with a suggestion. good job tho <3
can someone explain me why is this item still in backpack.tf? it is just a mann co suply crate key. The festive winter crate key doesnt exist anymore so its technically non tradable non giftable. I'm just asking , maybe im wrong just want a answer.
