Tricky one. Nothing much on it apart from these. an inactive seller had it up for almost a week at 10 before selling it for 8, and it has been offered + sweets on a hat with a buyout of 10, but both offers and sales (incl. a pure one) are higher.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27372621 10 pure was declined, which would clear up the lower values. Other offers are around the ~14 mark (steaming lead is outdated and probably lower tho) which would support 13 after overpay.

Excluding high and low end here (the ~8 and the ~15). Occurring Buyouts make 15 look slightly high and offers make 8 or even the 10 he asked for look low. Other sales are more suitable to update the higher tier hats they sold for alongside other stuff

Going 13 flat here
