I expect the item to go down in price because of the reason that the item is on sale in the MANN CO. store.

unsolds above current aren't valid for dropping, quickbuyers don't really help you

Sellers at 16.88 and 17 appear to have already sold / are out of stock. I don't think there's enough evidence for this to go down in value yet. (Plus there's no proof for 17.33.)

Where does 17-17.33 come from there isn't much there to support it. As chugs said you need more proof for 17.33.
