Not the best suggestions guy, but I'm guessing it would be 12-13? Looking deeper it looks as if there are more people buying them for other prices, including 12. Sellers also seem to range at 12-ish. So a range of 12-13 seems more appropriate

why? people are quickbuying at 12, there's a guy quickbuying at 13, it goes for over a key on the SCM

Well then wouldn't it be a good idea to include that in your suggestion? Also classifieds and market prices can vary from each other.
