Conclusion: 4 ref isnt selling very well. Number of people selling for less. Not countered by any buyers.

Kinda unsure if i should stick with 3.88 or do something like 3.66-3.88, thoughts?

I'm inclined to accept this because 4 ref seems to not sell at all, and there are a myriad of sellers below. Remember, that 5% guideline is to show what may be a necessary change and what may not be, but this is an exception.
