I knew someone would point me to that link. I have done my homework. Royal Cake's Tough Break Keys are not tradable. Having a trade open and having no Keys for sale. INVALID. There is a reason I didn't post it. ;)

Eh idk, last suggestion is only 3 days old and that guy has 9 tradeable ones now (also he must have had some tradeable ones when he opened the trade). 1.3 definitely deserves to be in the range, maybe 1.2-1.3? Or we wait and see how it develops.
