Eeeeh... it's unorthodox but I suppose it works in theory...
Aren't sales needed to start though? Buyers at 1 Key would suggest it's too low.
And sellers at one would just suggest it's the common trading point. Which is what we aim for.
Then again, why would the Sellers not just sell to the Buyer? They've listed on the Classified Ads, so they've had to have seen it, since the Buyer's listing is older than both Sellers. Is it possible either side is invalid?
