Resuggesting this in regards to a recent rule change. Reason Im changing this one is because it comes to show this one is actually more accurate without it. The suggestion was made in conjunction wiht a suggestion I was working on while the rule was implemented. I was considering resuggesting anyway since I figured this would need a range
