Lets take a crack at this
Only recent valid sale:
Sold for a pro S. Machina (~14) + pro C. Gunslinger (SCM at 8) + Burning Cannonball (450) + Beams Buckaroo's (33.5) + Ghastly Scopers (50) + Searing L'Inspecteur (mini at 15.5)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198069980430?time=1447833600&compare=1447920000
14 + 8 + 450 + 33.5 + 50 + 15.5 = 570. No overpay needed ;D.
L'Inspecteur mini:
Sold for a Miami Bootleg (only just outdated, sticking with it) + ~2 keys' sweets
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198096255880?time=1447574400&compare=1447488000
13.5 + 2 = 15.5
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unusable sales:
Sale 1:
Sold for a Harvest Rotation (using it on the Rotation, I'll resuggest that in a sec)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198069980430?time=1448092800&compare=1447920000
Sale 2:
Sold for a DBD Mohawk (150) + Vivid Yellow Belt (65) + pro aussie sniper (sellers at 40) + Max's (27) + 44 pure + ~4.5 keys' sweets (Unsold for over a month - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27463498 - has been receiving offers of ~400, making this an outlier)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198043457018?time=1447315200&compare=1447488000
150 + 65 + 40 +27 + 44+ 4.5 = 330
Comments on the previous suggestion indicate that he had a BO of 520. I still believe its high because the cannonball priced really high.
The harvest rotation also indicates this is too high; its other sales are clearly lower. Id say either wait for another sale or use the rotation for this instead. Technically the high sale isnt necessarily an outlier, but given the facts it sure looks like one
the original pure sale of 260 sure makes 570 look like the outlier, not 330.

he had a b/o of 300 for days on that first sale.
Throw in a sale at 330
and I think we've got a range of 260-330 with alot more support (and a 570 outlier)
That was a very definite quicksell.
not when you take the 330 and the other sales on the harvest rotation into account
there are 3 sales that are (far) below 570. One of which is pure. One of which is for an unpriced hat (that op is trying to price using this as the only proof). Other sales on that unpriced are more in line with a price in the 300s.
So we have 260 (PURE, bo was 300), 330, undetermined (pretty sure this is less than 400 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27485644 ) and 570
570 is clearly high.
I'd call those 8 unusuals somewhere between 400 and 450. That is probably the accurate price here.
260 quicksold. 330 is low based on the offers. 570 may be high, but those low sales are nowhere near an accurate price either.
I'm not defending this suggestion, but your suggested range is also incorrect.
sometimes, not making a suggestion is the right suggestion.
There's a reason I didn't make one.
I'm saying 260-330 (or w/e the harvest roation ends up at for high end) has MORE support than 570. Not that its right.
Then we agree. Good good.
:)
I'm kind of torn on what to do here, I guess I'll just wait for input from the mods.
There have been 3-4 recent sales on the harvest rotation, so that should be used to price this instead of the other way around. Sales there have a wide range as well. Seem to be 200-400, but after the sales are identified, maybe high / low sales can be called outliers and the value will be around 300.
In the end it seems like there are a bunch of sales around 300 here. And I think that strongly suggests the 570 sale is an outlier or, more likely, that the burning cannon is way too high. You could also try to update the cannon and use that here.
