Clear proof that it can be sold for 40 keys, and there are people who value it as such.

Where is 30 coming from? Don't get me wrong, I think its totally realistic, but we need something to base it on.

Nah, you need other sales if you want to make a range, if there are no other recent sales then suggest at 40 keys flat.

Downvote. You should probably just redo it at 40 flat. Better to use backpack.tf's backpack history, rather than steam's.
