Suggestion: Terror-Watt War Pig at 42–60 keys

This suggestion includes proof from a recently closed suggestion. Polar recommended it to be set at 42-60 keys. The bulk of the proof was provided by [OPP] Dacalsta who created the suggestion, noraa :3 who gave some additional proof, and Hhanuska | Mobile ✔ who gave proof for the low end.

I honestly wouldn't use the seller to set the low end. it's like he really doesnt care about selling it/doesn't know how to use outpost

pot sold for steaming armored authority(16 keys)+white bruisers bandana (2 keys)+lack of hue cold snap coat(2 keys)= 20 keys * .9 = 18 keys

if there are any others or if i did this wrong feel free to tell me

also, the spec ks is 12.9 keys according to scm so 12.9*.9=12 rounded up + 30 for bicorne + 5 = 47

47*.9= ~42 keys

i think this is the right value with the current value of the blank spec ks kits but idk what the price was when the sale occurred. The trade still supports the range though

for the 32 key one, could it be seen as an outlier since 1. the price is much lower that the other sales 2. it's the oldest one out of the sales 3. its the same hat that's used in other proof so the more recent ones take more precedence? sorry if my thinking is wrong. i just included it since a user included it in a counter suggestion that was in the previous suggestion and i didnt want to leave it out
