the proof is solid, but i'm confused why this is selling for this range, when bubbling is going for much, much less. bubbling is at least on par with, if not slightly higher tier than steaming, and i know for sure without a doubt that blizzardy is higher than steaming by a mile, and blizzardy is the same price. this honestly makes very little senes to me.
I judge by the sales, not the tier. I understand your confusion, but hey, the world can be confusing.

well the second sale had a b/o of 100 so your supposed to cap it but its close enough so its fine i guess.
