Okay so the outta sight was an immense pain. Most of its sales werent usable at all. As for the results:

Would be ~200, likely on the low side. He is the one that bought it for the burning fortunate and ghosts outta sight+~20 in aussies. Im either missing something, or the hats there were valued lower in that trade. Since most of it was pure or aussies, it seems like he was trying to get pure out of his "hard to sell" new hats.

Removal of the overpay rule doesnt influence the suggestion, as the first sale doesnt have individual overpay for here and the 2nd sale would have been 300 w/o overpay (matching current high end).

Including 240 since the buyer from the fortunate/outta sale resold it a bunch lower, indicating that sale is probably overvaluing. excluding 200 due to the higher sales, incl. one which consisted of 230 pure + a hat
