Price s. a. black box around 20 (on sm 19 with tax, outpost 20+)

Cowl 43 (middle price)

43+20*0.9=56.7=60

The 0.9 to be applied for overpay does not have to be anymore, due to the new 2016 rules. :)

I'm surprised nobody noticed, but the B/O was 40, the sale should be capped at that.
