not a scammer. Check the history and the SR policies. His tag was invalidated as of 3 days ago.

If you would have waited until he actually appealed successfully on steamrep and every other community that he has a tag on then yes it would be legit, but that is not the case.
Literally no difference of him having a tag or not due to the nature of it and what SR said. He's literally a text block away from removing his tag.
Regardless I'll close for now. I'll resuggest if the guy appeals.

Was marked for trading with scammers, and I believe SR said you can appeal for those now?
Fencing / brokering for scammers is still taggable. Unless he gets his tag successfully removed, it's still trading with scammers. He didn't trade an occasional item with scammers. He repeatedly and knowingly traded with scammers.
His mark reason says: "Working with hijackers to buy or resell unusuals after previous warnings to avoid them"
To my understanding thats still a markable offense and way more than just buying an unusual from a scammer once or twice. So his probably probably won't get granted. Anyways no speculations here, marked at the time of the trade = invalid.
