buyer doesnt have keys in bp but got max, unusuals etc so its valid on my opinion

On one hand, you really only have one person selling it at the price you're suggesting. On the other hand, I'm seeing a ton of buy order at 17 that aren't getting fulfilled, so maybe it should come up a bit.
