20 links is not really enough tbh. Most accepted key suggestions you see will have trade 50+ links. Other than that it seems alright, just update it frequently and it may have a chance of being accepted. Just a heads up ^^

Also, those 'outliers' you listed are actually buyers who counter the current price, so I would not strike them out :)

There are so many 17.44s that you're excluding.

The ones on the other suggester's suggestion are either invalid = unbumped/or that they have changed their prices/or they have been mentioned here.

The buyer at 17.66 has 2 ref only and not a single key , the bot on the other hand is tottaly empty (1 ref). Your proof unfortunately is just that 17.55 buyer.Classifieds are full of 17 ref unsolds so i think its time for the keys to come back to normal price(about 17 ref),

The bot at 17.66 bought some keys, can confirm, the other buyer probably bought they keys and used them for something else.

Checking the classifieds right now and i see sales under 17 ref and as i said before many unsolds(whole page) at 17.The possible sales at 17.55 are only 3 people. Not enough .

Ok, what range do you suggest ? 17.33 surely that's valid right considering that there are massive quickbuyers there ? Hm, what about 17.44 ? That surely doesn't look like the common trading point, considering that there are many sales/buyers/sellers at 17.55.

I've encountered a few people who sell at lower prices to make up for the hold, but whether you perceive that as a contributing factor to price changes or not is debatable

I had the trade hold, and I was buying them at 17 ref. not sure what you're on about, bud.

That's why I said not everyone does so. Again, this is all speculation, no way to tell for sure what somebody's intentions are unless they tell you. Hence why Trade Holds probably shouldn't be considered too large a factor in pricing; or maybe they should, I don't know, just making a point

It was a trade hold on my side, not the seller... 'I had the trade hold'. That means, if anything he should have raised the price.

Multiple automatic sellers at 17.44 and trade.tf has bots set at 17.44-17.55. 17.44 should surely be in the range.

Further, one of your buyers lowered to 17.44 and another hasn't been bumped in a week on outpost. About to go inactive.
