i feel like 3 buyouts and 1 sale is a little small for a unique cosmetic, but that's up to admins to decide i suppose.

Well, there are a few young sellers at 3 ref in classifieds but with 3 valid buyers at 3 ref I guess the suggestion is okay.

Well paint adds value to the price. If yours was painted you wouldn't be able to make a suggestion. When you drop the price and the item is painted it's ok, but when you raise the price it better not be painted unless the item is above 10 keys value. My point was that the sellers of the painted ones ask for more than current bp.tf price so they are invalid.

Painted sales can't be used from what I understand.
