Still looks like a massive outlier.

If it weren't for the 5% rule I'd say this should be 3.2-3.3.

Some of the lower sales seem a bit old and the value seems to have gone up since then. SCM supports here as well. I'm guessing 3.3 may be a bit low and 4 may be a bit high but the wide range captures the value.
