Low end is just based on the suggestion sellers/price before the change even though

Second link is perfectly valid. 6 hours isn't "poorly bumped" :P
For me it seems poorly bumped, not that it matters
However that means the previous suggestion passed on 1 valid seller, for a hat with a semi-small market yes, but still sells for more which I have shown and based on classifieds.
Any reason you're not going 1.66-2?
2 ref seems like a stretch and I'm looking at my 2 ref sale, it was probably some guy not caring about change.
