Note that the buy offer at 13.93 also adds a vintage spec KS kritzkrieg (it's mine), which would make it closer to 14.5 keys, I guess?

The offer on outpost (still mine) is 1 month old, but the price has been regularly upped from something like 10 keys. It's been at this price for a week only (and one key is tradable since this morning). Plus I had a seller, but he found someone else before I had time to reply.

On the steam community market, it's selling for 40 euros, which is 15 or 17,6 keys (depending if you count with or without the valve fees).

Anyway, because it's hard to find one without KS, it's hard to get a good price. I'd say 15 keys would be closer though.

It's no proof, but I remember someone selling it for 14 keys not too long ago (couldn't trade my keys at this time, argh).
